Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email or text with a tracking number.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada, shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Need it sooner? Upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 7 business days after being processed, depending on the option you choose and your location.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for all online purchases.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@karensfinejewellery.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unused, in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, box, and pouch must be included

• Sets must be returned in full; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately

Exceptions:

• Body jewellery (earrings, piercings)

• Custom or personalized pieces

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable as they cover processing and transaction costs related to your order.
